Flake Epoxy Garage Floor with Grip Finish in Northgate

A single garage in Northgate finished with our full-flake epoxy system in a fresh grey, white, black and teal blend. The slab was diamond ground to open up the surface, primed with a grey base coat and then fully broadcast with flake to refusal for complete, even coverage. After scraping back, the floor was sealed with a clear topcoat with a grip additive mixed through, giving a textured, slip-resistant finish that is ideal for wet Queensland weather without losing the depth and colour of the flake.

The result is a bright, easy-to-clean floor that hides dust and tyre marks, stands up to hot-tyre pickup and oil, and turns a bare concrete slab into a space that matches the rest of the home. Walk-on the next day, vehicles back in after 72 hours.
